Kyle most recently served as senior vice president, partner at Apex Industrial Real Estate Advisors. He has more than six years of experience in commercial real estate, representing local, regional and national companies across the Southeast. He has also held roles at Foundry Commercial in Atlanta. Kidd is a graduate of College of Coastal Georgia, having earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, management and operations. He was involved with the Young Council of Realtors Committee at the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. His background in competitive athletics, having played collegiate golf at the University of South Florida, Colorado State University, and the College of Coastal Georgia, instilled in him a strong work ethic and strategic mindset. A Tampa, FL native, Kyle continues to call the city home while serving clients across the Southeast with dedication and expertise.
