Notable deals include the $38.5 million off-market sale of Waterside Business Center, a 284,000 SF business park in Pinellas County. His client portfolio features leading landlords such as Brennan, Westmount, Investcorp, and Stonelake Capital, and tenants including TSA, Ring Power, and South Florida Produce. A Tampa, FL native, Kyle continues to call the city home while serving clients throughout the Southeast.
