Kyle Kelley has been with Savills since August of 2009. As a tenant representation specialist with over 30 years of real estate experience, Kyle has accomplished over 22 million square feet of transactions for leading US and international companies. From market research and analysis to business development and strategy, Kyle provides the necessary instruments to successful real estate deals for his clients in all industries, including energy, financial services, architecture, engineering, construction, technology, and more. He currently serves as the Houston Branch Manager as part of the Houston Leadership Structure. Kyle began his career with Trione & Gordon for 15 years, where he became senior vice president. After CBRE acquired the firm, Kyle spent 6 years with their Global Corporate Services group as Senior Vice President as well. Throughout his time with these firms and Savills, Kyle has worked with major companies such as Shell, Texaco, & Aramco, Enbridge, SNC Lavalin, Merrill Lynch, Kinder Morgan, and more.
