In 2019, Kyle Kaye joined the Flores Gomez Kaye Retail Investment Team as an associate. The team specializes in the acquisition and disposition of shopping centers, strip centers, single tenant net lease, mixed use properties, and 1031 exchange properties nationwide. Kyle serves an important role within the team through business development, transaction management, and various marketing efforts. Kyle is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers. Hometown: San Mateo, CA Two Fun Facts: Grew up speaking Spanish and to this day speaks it fluently. He also enjoys taking road trips along the coast, stopping at vantage points to take in the ocean views. Hobbies: Enjoys spending his weekends golfing. Joined Peninsula Golf & Country Club in San Mateo, CA as a Junior Golf Member and hopes to get elected as part of the recruitment committee to establish relationships and bring in new and younger members into the club.
