Kyle is the Managing Partner and Founder of Rubicon Representation and Rubicon Development where he leads the overall vision of the firm and specifically oversees the development and principal acquisition arms of the firm Kyle’s recent successes include the largest single-user, healthcare development in Las Colinas (155,000 SF) where he won D-CEO Medical Project of the Year, selling two ground up B-T-S’s in Q4 2020, and representing Charles Schwab on their Dallas/Fort Worth office leases (600,000 SF) Previously, Kyle worked at Stream Realty Partners for 8 years where he was Managing Director of Corporate Services and the number one producer in the firm’s department. He keeps a firm pulse on all facets of the real estate industry and has proven to be proficient in optimizing value on all owned assets Prior to joining Stream, Kyle worked for Staubach Capital Partners where he focused on single tenant, net leased acquisitions in the capital markets along with selling CVS, zero cash flow, portfolios valued at $1B+ Kyle holds a BBA (Magna Cum Laude) from Texas Tech University and sits on two boards: Texas Tech Advisory Council & Irving Specialist Surgery Center Kyle is married to Christina and they have three children, Noah, Charlotte, and Liam. They live in the Bluffview area of Dallas and enjoy spending time outdoors, playing sports and being involved in the community
