Kyle Hundelt is a Senior Associate in Colliers' Occupier Services group and has over 10 years of commercial real estate experience. His primary focus is tenant representation, specializing in making informed real estate decisions for corporate occupiers by integrating financial data and qualitative information into executable long-term strategies. He works alongside his clients to execute their primary business objectives while enhancing their financial statements throughout the real estate process. He works with a wide range of clients from early stage startups to Fortune 500 companies and has significant experience negotiating real estate transactions across the globe. He provides a full suite of services such as workplace strategy development, site selection, property acquisition / disposition, financial analysis and modeling, transaction negotiation, transaction management and portfolio management. Prior to joining Colliers in 2014, he spent two years at Newmark Knight Frank in their Tenant Representation - Office Advisory Group, where he focused on new business development and providing execution support on a variety of transaction requirements. Kyle is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois.
