Kyle Harris

Kyle has lived in the Chicagoland area for over 30 years, and building, growing, and being a part of the community has become a passion that has only deepened as he raises his two kids. He learned early on that he enjoys sales and helping others. Opening a business in the automotive aftermarket, scaling it through networking and aggressive marketing, and ultimately selling it after 7 years was only the beginning of his professional journey. He began his real estate career in 2018, sourcing off-market residential opportunities for himself and other investors in the area. In 2020, Kyle obtained his real estate license and has since shifted his focus to commercial investment, leasing, and tenant representation. He values building lifelong relationships with his clients and doesn’t consider himself successful until he exceeds their expectations. Outside of work, Kyle is fully invested in his faith and family. He enjoys starting his mornings with a workout and his evenings spending quality time with his wife and two kids. Kyle is an associate at Versa Real Estate Services with an entrepreneurial foundation and a love for real estate.
