Since joining Savills in 2016, Kyle has become an essential part of client advisory services out of the firm’s Phoenix office. As an experienced commercial real estate broker, Kyle offers complete portfolio representation for local and national clients in the education, healthcare, financial services and retail industries. An expert in increasing EBITDA and reducing occupancy costs for single-tenant occupiers, Kyle also leverages sales to institutional buyers that generate immediate rent reductions to clients. In addition, Kyle provides transactional services, portfolio optimization, and benchmarking against industry averages. To do so, Kyle utilizes local and national market insight, financial forecasting and modeling, market research and analysis, and persuasive negotiation skills. Prior to joining Savills, Kyle began his commercial real estate career as a portfolio account manager with Mohr Partners for seven years.
