With over seven years of experience in commercial real estate, Kyle has developed a comprehensive understanding of the retail market, allowing him to effectively navigate complex transactions and deliver tailored solutions for his clients. Working with both landlords and tenants has given Kyle the unique ability to view the market from multiple perspectives, enabling innovative problem-solving and strategic deal structuring. His expertise extends across site selection, lease negotiations, land development, and investment sales, providing clients with a seamless experience from start to finish. He partners with Andrew Graff at Kidder Mathews’ headquarters in downtown Seattle. Kyle graduated from Washington State University with a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, golf, tennis, basketball, and spending time with family.
