Kyle Duckworth is an Associate Director in Savills San Francisco office, specializing in tenant representation for life sciences companies. Born and raised in the Bay Area, he has established a keen knowledge of the local and regional market, and uses that expertise to inform his clients’ location and occupancy strategies. Kyle’s service approach is to partner with his clients, serving as their dedicated real estate advisor to find the best workplace and lab environments to support their culture and innovation needs. Kyle joined Savills in 2021 following the company’s partnership with T3 Advisors, the leading real estate workplace solutions advisor to life sciences and technology companies, where he served as an Advisor. Prior to T3, he spent five years at a boutique real estate brokerage in the East Bay, where he focused on helping tenants lease, purchase and sell office, laboratory, and R&D properties.
