Kyle Cowan, an owner and founding member of NAI Wheelhouse, focuses on retail development, acquisition, disposition and leasing. He brings a decade of diverse sales and client service experience and advises tenants including Five Guys Burgers, Tropical Smoothie Café, Crunch Fitness, Battery Joe and developers such as Wheelhouse Development, Leon Capital Group, and 7B Development. Kyle graduated from Texas Tech University and loves the West Texas people and culture. When not at work, Kyle, his wife Tristin, and son Dixon spend time with friends and family, serve their local church and never misses a Dallas Cowboys game.
