Kyle specializes in the sale and acquisition of multi-family and investment properties West of I-5 in Coastal San Diego.Kyle has extensive knowledge in the coastal market and maintains a proprietary database containing every key metric for multi-family properties from Encinitas to Pacific Beach. He works actively with investors and 1031 Exchange Buyers looking for property in these markets. Kyle began his commercial real estate career at Lee & Associates after graduating from the University of San Diego in 2014. Kyle got his start with a focus on industrial sales and leasing, but ultimately found his passion in the coastal investment market. He received the Rookie of the Year award in 2016 for his superior effort, hard work, and potential to succeed.
