Kyle’s background in athletics and working for a growth startup gives him a unique skill set. He works with companies to develop and implement real estate objectives including strategic site selection, lease negotiations and financial analysis. This includes keeping them informed on market conditions, occupancy costs and cost reductions, real property acquisition and disposition, space build out and planning, office location and position in the market and the overall impact of the client's real estate strategy on their core business. Kyle focuses on using real estate to help companies achieve their corporate objectives. Experience Kyle joins JLL from Gigya, a Silicon Valley high-tech software company focused on customer identity management where he was a Senior Manager in Business Development. While at Gigya, Kyle was responsible for running a team focused on sales and business development. Education and Affiliations Kyle spent 3 years as a member of the U.S. Men’s National Volleyball Team as well as played professionally for Noliko Maaseik, a top club in the world in Belgium’s Volleyliga. Kyle attended the University of California, Los Angeles where he earned a B.A. in History. In his free time Kyle enjoys golf, skiing, reading, traveling and cooking.
