Kyle Blair

Kyle R. A. Blair was born and raised in Long Beach, California and now resides in Belmont Heights. Kyle got his start in multi-family real estate at a young age. One of his earliest memories is going with his dad to collect quarters from the communal laundry machines in his family’s apartment buildings. Ever since then, Kyle has been observing and collecting a vast and diverse knowledge of the industry that spans from painting garages to managing an efficient escrow. Kyle has a strong educational background attending the University of Southern California and graduating with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics with a Minor in Finance. Kyle utilizes this knowledge to understand markets, the macro and micro economy, and the time value of money. Kyle has worked in commercial real estate for six years and specifically the last four with Marcus & Millichap and Kevin King. His family has been in real estate for seventy years in Long Beach and Kyle looks forward to continuing that legacy. Kyle considers achieving the rank of Eagle Scout his greatest achievement so far.
