Kurt is a co-founding member of ProTen Realty Group. He has 40+ years of commercial real estate experience and as worked on transactions valued at over $4.5 billion. Kurt has been involved in all aspects of corporate real estate including: corporate relocations, building purchases and sales, master planning, renewals, build-to-suits, dispositions and account management. Kurt has expanded the corporate services work of several multi-national services companies. Kurt has spoken frequently to economic development groups related to his national site selection experience. His transactional work ranges from 2,500 square foot sales offices to 500,000 square foot headquarters. Kurt's clients have included, The Boeing Company, Cigna, Fox Networks, Heart Care Centers of Illinois, Shell Oil, FreeWheel Advertising (division of Comcast), The Travelers Insurance Company, Union Pacific Railroad, and the U.S. Postal Service. ?
