Kurt is an accomplished real estate broker specializing in investment brokerage, nationally net-leased properties, corporate property acquisitions, and office and retail investments. Kurt frequently works with family trusts, holding companies, family partnerships, and high net worth individuals to meet their investment needs, to trade properties and to enhance their income, wealth and tax positions. In his career, Kurt has leased and sold hundreds of millions of dollars of valued real estate in over 1,000 transactions. He has often completed 10+ deals with many of his clients. He has represented national chain stores in acquiring multiple regional locations. Recently, Kurt has completed over $30 million in investment sales involving 18 different buyers and sellers, their brokers, bankers, lawyers, and family members. Kurt has assisted in the liquidation of chain store assets, including the sale of 47 family-style restaurants. He has experience selling lease-holds and business interests. He is considered to be an expert in complex negotiations and strives to stay at the forefront of marketing strategies.
