Kurt Montagano

A leader in the New Jersey industrial market since 1985, Kurt Montagano joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2006. Kurt focuses on the representation of both owners and tenants and is committed to advising with a consultative approach that allows his clients to efficiently deploy their resources. He maintains a program that ensures that each assignment follows a disciplined procedure for enhancing value. Using financial modeling, valuations, comparable sales and leasing data and gross occupancy cost comparisons, he safeguards his clients' interests and enables them to capitalize on market opportunities. Kurt has been recognized by Newmark Knight Frank as a national Top Producer in four of the last eight years. He has completed sale and lease transactions in excess of 40 million square feet, including representing the United States Government in a single sublease transaction which saved US taxpayers over 26 million dollars. He is an avid saltwater fisherman, coastal conservation advocate, and boating enthusiast.
