Kurt McGarry is a Vice President for CBRE’s Southeast multifamily team. Mr. McGarry co-leads the Middle Market team focusing on class B and C multifamily product. The team’s geographic area of focus includes not only Atlanta, but also secondary and tertiary markets throughout Georgia and the Southeast. In his career Kurt has been directly involved in 125 multifamily transactions which totals to over 21,000 units with a value of $1.7B. Mr. McGarry’s number one priority is solving for his seller-clients. His market knowledge and investor relationships make a great pairing for deal execution. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. McGarry started his career at Marcus and Millichap in 2014 where he quickly become one of the top producers in the Atlanta office and received multiple sales awards including “Rookie of the Year” in 2014.
