I am a life long Bucks County resident. I grew up in Southampton moved to Chalfont in 1994 and then Buckingham in 2001. I am with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox and Roach Realtors Doylestown Pa.My negotiation skills serve my clients greatly in their endeavor for the best possible price terms and conditions. Not only in the initial contract but also during the inspection final walk-thru and settlement processes. I am on the Board of Directors for the Home Builders Association of Bucks and Montgomery and also chair their Charitable Foundation.
