Kurt Bradley

Kurt Bradley joined JAH Realty in October of 2025 as Vice President - Leasing. In this role, he oversees marketing, new tenant lease transactions, existing tenant retention/renewals, and asset management for the Company’s retail portfolio in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Prior to joining JAH, Kurt served as the in-house Leasing Manager for US Property Trust, a private real estate investment firm, where he led business development and portfolio growth efforts across the United States. During his tenure, he successfully increased the tenant procurement rate and significantly reduced the company’s vacancy rate across a sizable nationwide portfolio. Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Kurt held roles as an Investment Advisor and Private Client Banker with JPMorgan Chase. He managed a substantial portfolio of client assets, focusing on personal wealth management, residential and commercial lending, and business banking. Kurt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from the University of Oklahoma, where he graduated in 2011, and he now resides in Dallas.
