Krystal attained her real estate license in November of 2004. Krystal worked in residential real estate before transitioning to become an assistant home builder, designer and marketing director in 2009 for Bowen Homes, a family owned company. She made her first commercial real estate investment in 1995 by investing in a high end steak restaurant, Tk's Steak House. Then other investment opportunities followed after that. In August, 2015 Krystal began her work in Commercial Real Estate with Johnny Owens Commercial Properties. She commuted from OKC to Lawton for about two years attending network events and doing transactions. Krystal moved to Oklahoma City in August of 2018. Krystal mostly specializes and invests in the cannabis industry. She has also executed deals with investment properties such as duplexes and other investment properties.
