Kristina Stamets

Kristina Stamets serves as vice president of investment sales at Diversified Partners, where she works alongside John “K” Jackson to specialize in the sale of retail properties across Arizona. A lifelong Valley resident, she brings deep market knowledge and trusted relationships with landlords and developers to facilitate the acquisition and disposition of shopping centers and development projects. Her role includes overseeing all phases of a transaction—from marketing and negotiation to successful close. Prior to joining Diversified Partners, Remon held roles at Colliers as associate vice president and at Strategic Retail Group, which was acquired by Avison Young in 2019. In both firms, she distinguished herself through her proactive approach to client service, transaction management and market research. With strong organizational skills, clear communication and a reputation for integrity, Remon consistently delivers results and fosters long-term client partnerships. She is recognized by peers for her energy, professionalism, and leadership both in and outside the office.
