Kristina Ermyakina is a multifamily specialist at Marcus & Millichap’s Richmond, VA office. She focuses on markets throughout Hampton Roads and Richmond, VA, where her responsibilities include multifamily investment sales, research, advisory services, and business development. Kristina is dedicated to cultivating lasting relationships with clients to assist them in achieving their real estate investment objectives, whether it involves property valuation, acquisition, disposition, or financing. Additionally, Kristina serves as the Vice President of the Richmond Property Owners Association (RPOA). Kristina holds a Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in Economic Management and Engineering from Penza State Technological University in Russia. She furthered her education by earning a Master of Business Administration from Wesleyan University in Virginia.
