Kristie Inge

Kristie is a licensed commercial real estate professional with over 20 years’ experience, specializing in office leasing. She joined Thalhimer as a Senior Vice President in 2025 and is responsible for the Highwoods Richmond office portfolio, which is comprised of approximately two-million square feet. Kristie has completed over 5 million square feet of lease transactions totaling over $475 million in lease revenue. She is a Past President of the Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE), former board member and former Chair for the GRACRE Diversity, Equity & Inclusion committee. She is also a past Board Member and current member of CREW Richmond, and participated in the CREW Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Task Force. She achieved the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2008. Kristie completed both the Leadership Lab program, offered by the Greater Richmond Chamber and Luck Companies, and the Grace Harris Leadership Institute at VCU in 2015. She is a member of the Leadership Metro Richmond (LMR) Quest class of 2016, the VCU Real Estate Circle of Excellence, and the Richmond Real Estate Group. She currently serves on the Industry Advisory Board for the Blackwood Department of Real Estate at Virginia Tech. She is a native of Richmond and currently resides in Hanover County with her family.
