Kristian Sydow

Kristian Sydow, Senior Director, brings over two decades of experience to Greenstone Partners and focuses his advisory work in Wisconsin. Kris advises clients on the acquisition and disposition of investment assets across a handful of property segments. His understanding of investment markets has earned him the loyalty of his clients, along with frequent referrals. His approach is to offer strategic consulting with each client, making their investment challenges his own. After getting his start in the development and investments segments of the industry, he served as Vice President of the retail team of JLL (formally Apex Commercial) before joining Cushman & Wakefield | The Boerke Company. There, as a partner, Sydow focused on commercial investment sales, urban-infill redevelopment sites, and restaurant/hospitality sectors while successfully developing a strong team of brokers in the greater Wisconsin area. He is licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin as a Real Estate Broker and graduated from UW-Stevens Point with degrees in Communications and Political Science. Outside the office, you can find Kristian checking out any new restaurant/hospitality concepts that are recent additions to the city, or traveling with family and friends as much as possible
