Kristi Waddell

Kristi Waddell is responsible for the leasing and marketing of over 3 million square feet of the company’s Dallas real estate portfolio. Prior to joining Cawley Partners in 2017, Kristi was a leasing agent with Transwestern with additional prior experience at Parmenter Realty Partners and Swearingen Realty Group. In her past roles, she focused on the tenant representation side, where she generated new business, monitored and controlled the site selection process, negotiated lease terms, and managed construction allowances for occupier clients. Kristi received a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Southern Methodist University with a minor in Economics.
