Kristi Andersen

Kristi Andersen is a top producer in Omaha’s commercial real estate market, a communications consultant, community volunteer, mother and wife. Kristi focuses on leasing and selling office, industrial and retail properties for landlords and tenants. She has represented a wide variety of clients from small business owners to Fortune 500 companies. She has helped clients close more millions in real estate transactions and been named a Costar Power Broker. Beyond her work in commercial real estate, Kristi has 25 years of experience in public relations and currently runs a consultancy, Kristi Andersen Communications. Previously, she was the Director of Communications for the Metropolitan Entertainment & Convention Authority (MECA) and the Nebraska Press Secretary for United States Senator Mike Johanns. She began her career as a broadcast journalist for television news teams throughout the Midwest, covering everything from hurricanes to presidential elections. Kristi has played key roles in communications, event management, and publicity for nationally televised events such as the Olympic Swim Trials, College World Series, and world championship boxing. Kristi's extensive knowledge of the market and exceptional communication skills serve as an invaluable asset to her clients. As a passionate volunteer, Kristi has served on numerous boards and committees such as DREAM, Girl Scouts, UNMC Board of Counselors, Ronald McDonald House Charities, B&B Sports Academy, Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, the Downtown Improvement District and others. Kristi also hosts a podcast called The Suite Life in partnership with the Business Ethics Alliance. Above all, Kristi is a dedicated wife and mother to two teenagers.
