Kristen was born and raised in Colorado, a second generation REALTOR®, With several generations of Real Estate Owner/Investor in her family. Following in her family's footsteps, she was raised in the Real Estate Industry. She has been an investor and managing my own properties since 1997, specializing in Residential and Multi-family. As a Licensed REALTOR® since 2003, she's been serving the Denver Metro area but primarily focusing on the North Metro areas including areas from Adams to Broomfield Counties and some Weld Counties. In 2010 she opened her own brokerage firm and has continued to successfully serve the metro areas. She has served as a Director of North Metro Board of REALTORS, Denver Metro Board of REALTORS and 2016 Past President and 2019 REALTOR of the Year for the North Metro Denver Women's Council of REALTORS.
