Krista Campbell

Krista Campbell, M. Ed., principal, began a real estate career after several years of teaching mathematics. Her work started in residential home sales but quickly advanced to private lot sales for exclusive upper-end homes. After some development projects in Birmingham, she moved to Huntsville and began to focus in commercial real estate with Storie Enterprises. She formed Covenant Properties in 2002 to provide specialized individualized services to specific clients. Presently she continues to develop and lease properties in the Huntsville and North Alabama region. Additionally, Ms. Campbell does tenant representation work procuring office space for commercial clients. Ms. Campbell is a candidate for the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member). She is a former President of NALCOM, North Alabama Commercial Brokers’ Association and a graduate of Leadership Huntsville/Madison County Alabama. Covenant Properties, Inc. is a member of the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce, Huntsville Area Association of Realtors (HAAR), The National Association of Realtors (NAR), and the Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMA).
