Kris Kral

Kris joined LQ’s Tampa, Florida office in 2024, bringing a 20+ year career in commercial real estate, CRE lending, and specialization in national and regional tenant representation. Prior to joining LQ, Kris was with RIPCO and TSCG, providing site selection services for multiple national and regional tenants in Florida. He has also worked with Delhaize America, where he focused on new store development in Florida and several other markets and 7-Eleven in southwest Florida. A few of Kris’s current clients include Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Michaels, Fitness International (LA Fitness & Club Studio),buy buy Baby, Pinstack, Brew Dog, and GEN Korean BBQ. He has worked with several other national and regional retailers. Kris is a Certified Commercial Investment Member designee and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
