He led OM’s successful completion of Symphony Honolulu, a mixed-use high-rise commercial project totaling over 1 million gross SF of for-sale condominium units, common areas, podium parking and the shell construction of a world-class luxury auto galleria. In addition, Kris is a manager of Intco’s investment holdings at the Ko Olina Resort. Prior to returning back to Hawaii in 2012, Kris spent 8 years as a project manager in both development and general contracting capacities with a vertically integrated San Diego based development group where he managed site acquisition, entitlement, design, permitting, construction and sales for company owned market-rate and affordable housing projects. Kris also specialized in design-build public-private partnership projects, achieving recognition for managing an award winning County of San Diego fire rebuild project at the San Pasqual Academy, the nation’s only residential campus for foster youth, which achieved a record breaking number of LEED Platinum certifications on 30 separate buildings spread over its 300 acre campus.
