Kris Dumke CCIM

Kris Dumke, CCIM, is the Managing Broker and founder of Bridgewater Commercial Real Estate, a boutique commercial real estate brokerage headquartered in St. Petersburg. A Florida native, Kris specializes in commercial real estate sales, landlord representation, investment properties, and development opportunities throughout Pinellas County and Eastern Hillsborough County, with a primary focus on industrial, retail, and office properties in the Tampa Bay area. Kris graduated from the University of South Florida as a Provost’s Scholar with a background in marketing, giving him a strong foundation in commercial property marketing, negotiation, and market positioning. He earned his CCIM designation in 2026, a nationally recognized commercial real estate designation held by top investment and commercial real estate professionals. Since beginning his real estate career in 2015, Kris has been involved in a wide range of transactions including industrial development land, retail investment sales, retail leasing, office properties, and value-add commercial assets. In 2018, he founded Bridgewater Commercial Real Estate with a focus on providing hands-on service, local market expertise, and creative deal-making strategies tailored to investors, business owners, landlords, and developers across Tampa Bay. Growing up on his family’s blueberry farm in Plant City, Kris developed an early understanding of small business operations, entrepreneurship, and work ethic. Coming from a family with a long history of commercial real estate ownership and investment in Tampa Bay, he brings both local knowledge and practical experience to every transaction.
