As a member, she is responsible for representing both local and national corporate clients in facility site acquisitions and dispositions; new business development, market research, lease and sale negotiations, strategic marketing initiatives, and financial analysis. Prior to this role at JLL Dallas, Kodie was an Analyst in the JLL Industrial Brokerage team.
