Kirsten Paratore

Kirsten Paratore is a licensed broker in Ohio and began her career at Cushman & Wakefield | CRESCO Real Estate in September of 2020 as an analyst, working directly under the leadership of Rico A. Pietro, SIOR and supporting the team in the Cleveland office. Kirsten’s current scope of work ranges from interpreting data to leveraging her network to source deal flow to tackling any design hiccups in dated spaces to assisting Rico and the team with long-term projects. In her short time since joining the team & industry, Kirsten has already proven to be a key contributor to this high-performing team. While she has an excellent back bone for the Commercial Real Estate Industry, her analytical, creative problem-solving and design skills give her a unique advantage.
