My original focus in the commercial real estate industry was the representation of national landlord groups. After many years of serving the ownership side in office lease transactions, I now offer tenant users a unique knowledge-based perspective, fully understanding landlord needs, underlying motivations and leverage points. We find creative and equitable solutions in deal making for new leases, renewals, space expansion/contractions and outright dispositions.
