Kirk started his legal career in the business and finance group of a large law firm working on a variety of transaction matters, many of which centered on borrowers and lenders in real estate transactions. Kirk got back into real estate practice when he joined Thomas Pride. Among a portfolio of other ventures, they developed single-family home communities and purchased, repositioned, and sold multifamily properties. It was his work with Peter Thomas and Thomas Pride that led me to Urban Communities.
