Kirk Brummer advises clients in the disposition, acquisition, valuation, and repositioning of retail properties including anchored shopping centers, strip centers, and single-tenant net lease properties (STNL) throughout the Western United States. Kirk has more than 25 years of retail investment sales experience. Over the course of his career, he has completed nearly 800 investment sales, exceeding $13.1 billion in value and 62.7 million square feet. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Kirk was a founding member of CBRE’s National Retail Partners – West (NRP-West) group, which consistently ranked as one of the top retail investment teams nationally.
