Kirk Berend joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2024 and serves as an Industrial Tenant Representative focusing on the Lower Great Southwest Submarkets. He is responsible for executing transactions on behalf of industrial occupants in the DFW metroplex, representing both local and national companies. Prior to joining HLC, Kirk spent 12 years in medical device sales. Kirk excelled in understanding complex client needs, providing tailored solutions, and navigating sales processes. This has equipped Kirk with exceptional negotiation skills, a keen eye for detail, and a deep commitment to client satisfaction. Kirk received his bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University and is a Texas Real Estate Commission license holder. Kirk, his wife and daughter attend Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Plano. In his free time, Kirk enjoys spending time with family, fly fishing, playing golf, and duck hunting.
