Kirill Azovtsev has completed over 150 deals worth more than a billion dollars for an impressive list of top tenants. As a Vice Chairman in Savills New York office, he co-leads a team of office space experts with a 100% focus on tenant representation. Kirill is uber-focused on delivering the best possible results utilizing deep market knowledge, incredible proprietary technology, and long-standing relationships. Kirill brings a creative mindset to delivering solutions for his clients’ real estate needs, whether that entails finding hidden or off-market opportunities, identifying strategies to acquire or dispose of office space, or consulting on office space utilization. He skillfully represents tenants in negotiations, leveraging market information and global relationships to seal the best deal possible. He and his team also help client manage complex portfolios, including thorough lease audits. Kirill joined Savills in 2021 after building a successful track record over 10 years at JLL, most recently as a managing director. Prior to JLL, he was an associate at the Vortex Group and Houlihan - Parnes Realtors.
