Kirby Greenlee has cultivated an extensive real estate background centered around thirty-plus years spent as a commercial real estate broker in various Southern California real estate markets. He has extensive corporate services experience with over 200 national transactions conducted in every major city in the nation. Over the course of his career, Kirby has demonstrated strong experience with all commercial property segments including office, land, industrial and flex, both on the owner and tenant side of a transaction. Prior to joining NAI Capital, Kirby ran corporate services in Orange County for Grubb & Ellis/Newmark and was Director of Real Estate Services for USAA Realty Company's western region (8 MM square foot portfolio).
