Kip joined A Better Way Realty in 2011 after working as a REALTOR ® in Longmont where he specialized in new construction, Condo conversions and Investment properties. Currently he has several properties ranging from single family homes to commercial retail and office space, to land development properties that he owns and manages for himself, as well as investment groups. He also has an extensive construction background with experience in overseeing and managing all types of real estate developments and construction projects.
