Kimmen Olsen grew up in Las Vegas and has more than 22 years experience working with developers such as The Ribeiro Companies, where he did leasing, property management, and development, and The Molasky Companies, where he managed a large portfolio that included retail super power centers, high rise office buildings, and industrial parks. Kimmen has personally completed more than 3,000 leasing transactions and works hard to prove that an excellent leasing broker has a greater effect on improving a property’s performance and value than any other factor.
