Kimberley Camp Madison

Kim Camp Madison has been a commercial real estate agent since 2006 and joined the Charles Hawkins Co. in January, 2009. She is involved in the leasing, sales and acquisition of commercial properties in the Central Business District of Nashville. Prior to joining the Charles Hawkins Co., Mrs. Madison was an affiliate broker with Caden Holdings LLC, a small development firm actively focused on Music Row and The Gulch. Her primary focus included general brokerage, land acquisition and consulting. Prior to becoming a commercial real estate agent, Kim was the Vice President of Marketing for Stewart Title Guaranty Company where she focused on building the commercial division in Middle Tennessee.
