Kim McAfee

Kim McAfee is responsible for analysis and financial management of CMK’s investments. Kim started his career in Commercial Real Estate finance in 2005 and has gained extensive experience in underwriting, due diligence and portfolio management while working on projects across all major property types. A native of Memphis, TN, Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship from Florida State University and an MBA from Christian Brothers University and earned a CCIM designation in 2014. Prior to moving to Nashville in 2018, Kim and his wife Alisha, an optometrist, spent several years living in the highlands of Guatemala where they established a non-profit eye clinic to serve the indigenous communities there. Kim, Alisha and their daughter Juno love spending their free time exploring the many trails, lakes and playgrounds in Middle Tennessee.
