Kim Martin

Kim Martin has worked for Proficient Property Management Services, INC, since 2006. She originally joined the team to help with the accounting and day-to-day operation of the business. Kim received her Real Estate License in 2014. After obtaining her Real Estate License she helped with more of the licensed duties and responsibilities. In 2018, with the help of a mentor, Kim started selling real estate. Today Kim handles the day-to-day accounting, various Property Management duties and helps people looking for their next home or investment to buy and sale their properties. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Andrew, and two kids.
