Kim Hillman

Kim Hillman began her Commercial Real Estate career in California in 2006 and has specialized in Industrial, Logistics, Office, and Investment Real Estate Sales and Leasing, as well as Tenant Representation and Land Sales for Real Estate Developers. Her major focus until 2022 was in Southern California, and since that time, she has moved back home to Houston to become a dual-state licensed Commercial Real Estate Broker in California and Texas. Previously, Kim held Vice President and Director roles at several National and International Commercial Real Estate firms, where she focused on Office and Industrial Sales, Leasing, and Land Development. She began her Commercial Real Estate career in 2006 as part of a top brokerage team at a major firm in San Diego, where she was involved in Office Real Estate Sales and Leasing, research analysis, marketing strategies, transaction contracts, and financing. Responsibilities throughout Texas include Business development and building strong business relationships to gain Commercial Real Estate Property Sale and Lease listings, and attain the highest ROI possible.
