Expanded Illinois office to second office in Arizona; a commercial brokerage business; oversaw all aspects of daily operations including selling and leasing commercial properties ranging from $1.5M to $50M. Worked with developers in the acquisition of land, through entitlements and further development. Identified land sites for clients’ acquisitions to develop commercial shopping centers, negotiated offers and oversaw transactions through completion. Networked with real estate professionals, land owners, sellers and purchasers as a broker to facilitate transactions. Represented land owners to sell property for highest and best use; actively sought out potential developers/tenants for the sale of properties. Diligently solicited and procured leasing tenants for new shopping centers under development. Provided clients with relevant data and information to make informed decisions critical to their objectives. Worked closely with various municipalities, architects, contractors, lawyers regarding zoning issues, development timelines and requirements for completion of individual projects. Represented national and local commercial tenants to obtain retail space for store operations.
