Kieran Rankin

Kieran began his career in real estate in 2016 and was successful straight out of the gates. Having recently completed his MBA at the John Molson School of business and bringing with him his experience as a Project Manager, Kieran distinguished himself as one of the top young commercial real estate brokers in the city. His bilingualism, his work ethic, his attention to detail and his excellent customer service are just a few of his traits that enabled him to win the award for Rookie Broker of the Year in 2018. Kieran has focused his work on tenant representation. He has successfully advised clients on their real estate strategy, whether it’s for renewing or relocating their office space, acquiring buildings for their commercial operations, or subleasing their office space. He has been involved in close to 200,000 sq.ft. of office leasing transactions and he is eager to continue his winning strategy with his growing client network.
