Kevin S. Ward is an Industrial Real Estate specialist with expertise in 1031 exchanges dedicated to making sure that his clients are able to achieve their goals and always act to their best interest. As a part of the Caldwell Industrial Team, Kevin is confident that his services will, like the rest of his team, be top in performance. Kevin holds a Bachelors Degree from UC Davis in Organizational Studies and a Minor in Technological Management. Being a student athlete with a scholarship in hammer throwing in the Davis Division I Track & Field squad, Kevin juggled his time during his stay in Davis with scholarships that deepened his knowledge in Real Estate. From commercial Banking to the highly sought after Project Destined Virtual Internship. Closing this chapter as a Marcus & Millichap Intern in the Sacramento Office, during Kevin's last quarter prior to graduation, he was running between Track practice, classes, the M&M Internship, weight lifting and competition for the school. As a Big West Conference "Commissioner's Honor Roll" Student Athlete, and an Industrial CRE expert, Kevin is ready to get into the ring and out perform any competition. On his spare time, Kevin enjoys scenic views, traveling, and of course. Lifting heavy weight!
