Kevin Verhoven

Kevin Verhoven is a lifelong resident of Lexington, Kentucky and a graduate of the University of Kentucky. Since entering commercial real estate in 2002, Kevin has earned three of the most prestigious commercial real estate designations—CCIM, SIOR, and CPM. The Commercial Investment Council and the Society of Industrial and Office Real Estate designations provide the most extensive education and networks available to commercial real estate nationwide. Kevin further expanded his capabilities by serving as the chapter president of CCIM in 2011 and the chapter president of IREM in 2014. With an extensive knowledge of the area and market, Kevin is well equipped to assist The Gibson Company’s clients with all of their commercial real estate needs.
