Kevin Struve is a Senior Vice President of Investments at Marcus & Millichap and a Director of the firm’s National Multi-Housing Group. He possesses over 20 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in multi-family & commercial property sales. Since 1998, Kevin has closed in excess of 225+ real estate investment transactions that have totaled over $850 million in sales. He exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment properties that are located primarily in Southern California. Kevin has a variety of client types including high net worth individuals, partnerships, syndicators, corporations, and financial institutions. Kevin obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic University, Pomona. In his free time, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family and a wide array of outdoor activities.
